TH9 Upgrade question-Golem focus or Queen focus?

I am in a very active war clan. My queen is currently level 10 upgrading to 11. My golem is lvl 1. I use both in wars. Where should I focus my DE? My debate is, should I focus on getting her to 15 first or maxing golem. I am aware that the golem upgrades take a long time and I will be able to get a couple of levels on her as I go. Just wanted feedback on what everyone thinks is more important.

Just because you need that to tank for your AQ mid/late in your war raid.

I'd say your queen is a decent enough level, I'd consider upgrading your golem to at least two or so, possibly three. If you find yourself with enough DE between the long wait times, upgrade that AQ. At least, that's my advice

Golem first... do AQ inbetween, or focus at her after your Golem is level two or, what I'd prefer, level three.

Then continue doing your royals

I suggest upgrading golem to level three or two. During the upgrade time upgrade AQ when you have enough DE, still, try to get golem upgraded fast as possible.

If you want to max TH9 the fastest, focus on Queen before Golems. Golem will help in war but AQ helps with farming. Higher lvl she is, the more loot you'll make per hour.

The golem can't tank for the AQ if she is dead because she didn't have enough health!

Get your golems up, I have level 4 now and in a gowipe attack I only need two, they are super tough. The queen being level 10 has hardly held me back.
