[NaturalAffnity] #Q08CPPJ Adult international weekday war team.

Adult raider? Losing sleep? Spouse mad? We want you!

NaturalAffinity (tag #Q08CPPJ) is a tight-knit crew of the most intense, friendly, loyal, and humorous adult war fans. We are an international team of members in USA, UK, Europe, India, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. All nationalities are welcome, activity is 24/7. All officers, to include the clan leader, are elected by a member vote and reviewed at weekly clan war council meetings. Our standards ensure we retain only the most loyal communicators who place the needs of their team above their own, and do not generate drama that undermines the confidence of our clan mates in one another. Here are some basic topics we review as a clan at our weekly clan meetings:

Recruitment: All levels and leagues may apply for our clan, but must follow the simple instructions in our clan description to be considered for acceptance. Your town hall can't be rushed (this includes ALL walls, camps, defenses, and troops) and you must have a "Friend in Need" donation record of 100 troops per experience level. Seems ridiculous doesn't it? Than this is not the clan for you! If you are joining from this forum please post the word FORUMS in your request message in addition to the information requested by the clan description. If you are rejected during the war week apply again on the weekend.

Retention: Rule #1 SHOW UP. The clan requires that all members use all war attacks every war regardless of weather or not new stars or loot targets are available. Members who have to miss war attacks to handle out-of-game business must notify an officer with as much advance notice as is feasible. Rule #2 STAY ACTIVE. Every member of the clan is required to reach a minimum donation quota of 500 donations per 2 week in-game season cycle. Only members who must miss 12 or more days of activity in a row are exempt from the troop quota (that's right, if you only have 2 days to play that's 2 whole days to cover your contributions to your team mates before/after you leave). These are the only two clan rules, and they are strictly enforced. Elders and above who violate these rules receive a one rank demotion (including the clan leader). Members who violate the rules are removed from the clan. Members kicked for activity/attendance issues are welcome to try again after some time has passed. Members removed for poor treatment of their clan mates will not be welcome back.

Wars: We like our weekends to ourselves, several of us farm, others live their lives, everyone stays happy and gets a break from the chaos of battle. For this reason we run two wars per week, back-to-back, from Monday at 2100 GMT (4 PM EST) through end plus maintenance delay time on Friday. We assign our war targets, there is a time-proven method for how we select these but it will not be revealed for operational security reasons. We have specified defensive war cc fills, the details of which are also secure. We ask all newcomers to refrain from donating to the war map and observe the first few hours of their first battle day with the clan in order to see the intense but simple method by which we work together to eliminate our war opponents, which we do with astounding efficiency.

General policies: We operate our clan under a leadership style known as "Pirate's articles of war". Stated briefly: Treat your fellow crew like you would like to be treated, do as you wish but respect their requests (for both troops and the nature of conversations). In combat the officers are in charge, crew may suggest targets if they like a particular base but the ultimate decision is up to the officer assigning the targets, crew who refuse to follow commands in war will swim with the fish, completed attacks or not. Outside of combat (namely, at clan meetings) the crew is in charge of all operations (including who is captain). If you have issues with the clan or its officers the post-war council is the place to bring that issue up and allow your team to address your concerns. Quitting the clan without saying a word does not help your team accomplish anything, and you will not be welcome back.

Again, if this all seems complicated, too serious, or in any other way 'beneath' your standards for game play then just move on. Our clan has discussed our intensity level as a team several times and we all agree that we would rather have 20 team mates we can rely on unequivocally than 40 who help out whenever their mood suits them. In, fact, I encourage you to try out 3 to 5 other clans for a few weeks at a time until you witness a clan lose a war to one single person who quit with attacks left or didn't bother to show up with no prior notice of absence. When you get sick of immature players acting nasty and tyrant child-leaders kicking quality players over superficial garbage like trophies or losing one war attack then it's time for you to reconsider why we enforce such high standards. It may seem hard to get in, and it is, but once you're a part of our team you will enjoy the advice and support of some of the best players on this game, and given an opportunity to pass on what you learn to other newcomers.

    Special add-on

we are especially interested in finding a gamer couple from australia to establish a solid foundation for recruiting in this region. similar time zones would also be ideal such as New Zealand, Malaysia, and Asia proper.
