Just went th9 and need some serious help

When I was a town hall 8, I maxed out my base and walls. (Really glad I did) I had absolutely no problems finding loot. My raids were pretty consistent around 200k each. Didn't farm de to much but I had a good base design to keep what i did come across. I thought I would be able to still farm in the same trophy rang as before. (1100-1300) I knew there would be loot penalty but as soon as I upgraded it was all nothing but <75k in that range. I have tried <200 trophy range and getting demolished as soon as I exit the game. Can't make anything there. Where should I farm? It's starting to get very discouraging. Please help!

i just stay in the 1500 range as an early th9.. though i went up in gold1-2 range and occasionally go up to crystal 3.

Hahaha I went to th9 less then 2 weeks and as th8 i was always in silver robbing that th7 collectors raids but as soon as I reached th9 silver league is seriously useless.

U need to go up. With that comes good loot and also the risk of getting robbed by some serious th9'ers.

Go to C3 and drop to early-mid 1900s, good place for gold and elixir and the DE league bonus is nice, I have also found that this is probably the trophy level where you are most likely to get you TH sniped.

That's what I did as a th8 in the 1100-1300 tr. looted and got sniped a lot. Worked for me cause I got a shield.

Can you tell me if you were looting collectors or did you have to dig in to those bases to get the loot? If so what was your troop composition?

I always found 1600 good when I was maxing my th9 defenses using BAM
