I'm a 25 years old french guy wanted to launch a great international clan. I'm actually lvl 71. I'm seaching for some cool active mates.

The clan

I want to make a war clan wich will always be in war.
I decide to manage my clan like this:
  1. Hierarchy:
    • 5 first members co-leaders
    • 15 next elders
    • 29 members

    If a place is free for co-leader, the most active elders will be promote, if there is a place for elders, the most active member will be promote.
  2. Donation:​You have to respect what is asked. If you don't have it don't give anything. You must give at least half of what you receive.
  3. War rules

Fill the castle with what is asked, if no precision, fill free to give wizards or archers.
I want active members that means all members participating to the war have to do its two attacks. If you know you'll not be able to attack fo the next war. Say it to a leader(to another leader if you are one) then drop your trophees to don't participate to the war or leave the clan during the searching phase. If you didn't attack at least once during an attack phase the first time you'll receive an

I'm open to any discussion about attack strategies. I think it's a good idea to do the first attack on our number and manage to get the most stars possible with the second but limit our second attack on the 3 numbers under yours.

If you don't respect those rules, the first time you'll receive a warning, the second time -> unpromote, if you can't be unpromote -> banned. If you are to rude or offensive, no warning direct ban, it's a game make it fun.

I'm thinking about some polls but don't know exactly how I'll manage it.
Recruitment

For the 10 first members, no requirements.
Then you'll be to have the clan level / the number of members round to superior to join the clan. (ex: if the clan lvl is 17000 with 13 members, you need to have 17000/13=1307 round to 1400).
I'm open to discuss about other the recruitment strategies.
