Click and drag onto another building, then let go. Tap it again, and it should go back to its original position, but the info button will pop up.

Ask a clanmate or someone to check your pumps. He can check your pumps.
1. Select pump or other building.
2. Drag over onto a third building until the base of your selected building is red
3. Let go
4. Click a pump
5. Click info

I bought a shield and I want to taunt people who want to revenge attack me, so I put all of my collectors and storages in a corner guarded by a sleeping king, so I wanted the collectors to fill up: I wanted to see how much they had in them
Asking clanmates is probably the easiest way.
