Is it really that bad? My friend rushed to th10 and took like 1.5 years to recover now he's really good, mostly maxed troops, and can farm 7 mill easy enough. He's never spent a dollar on the game.

I was just as discouraged after upgrading to TH10. Go to high Crystal, there's very few th8's and you'll be swimming in loot.

Too bad th10s can't farm in masters or champs...... Wish there was loot up there. Wish it was possible to barch or archer raid in masters and I wish the league bonus was up to 150/150k. Too bad there isn't a big DE loot bonus so people can add hogs or minons to save on elixir costs.....

Barching masters III is very doable. I've found it begins to be a problem mid way into masters II.

I have played 6 months, maxed th9 def's, worked walls last few weeks to get L8/9 walls. Figured time to go th10. I knew there was a loot penalty but not to degree it is... I typically raided about 4 mill gold a day from boosting barracks to buy upgrades... Now that I am th10, wow, whole diff world. You are forced to only attk th9/10 and need top troops and multiple spells to get anything. 50% penalty for attking a th8 is ridiculous. I may just quit. It will be near impossible to raise 6.5 mill gold for any further upgrades unless farming in bronze from collectors is ppl's suggestion for 1 upgrade a week. Supercell has made the game where th10s must pay for resources to play on that level. Every person i know w a th10 w L12 def's paid for them w gems, not raids. I'm 36 and in marketing, so no kid but I'm sure countless ppl will say... You can't have th10s going around and bulldozing low th's, but they are only saying that because they are a low th and don't want to get attked. That would apply for th7 but th8's have solid def to repel attks if base setup well. I think a 25% reduction is more appropriate, but 50% is not right. Thanks for making a fun hobby become completely disheartening. Congrats... That's my rant, thx for reading. I will enjoy laughing at the comments in response. Sure they will be all thoroughly thought out.

not sure if youre serious or not.... But most of my clannies and i have been farming in masters ever since the wall-elix upgrade came out, and with the added loot bonus, couldnt be more happier. For almost 3 weeks now ive been farming in champs.... Easy peasy....

Im not sure what game ur playing but im a th10 at 1600-1700 trophies farming with barch
i make 4-6 million a day

You shouldn't be bullying the th below you after you have maxed out your defenses you must just suck at attacking so you cant attack other th9s and 10s. when i was late th8 i wasn't attacking th7s i was attacking other 8s and 9s.
