What do you max out before going to the next town hall?

What do you max out before going to the next town hall?
Me? Personally, I max out everything!
I enjoy the journey of maxing out each town hall level. Further, I prefer doing it this way because if you upgrade your town hall before you've maxed everything out, that means when your town hall is finished upgrading to the next level, you still have whatever you didn't finish maxing out to do, on top of all the new stuff you'll certainly be wanting to build and upgrade as well. This effectively makes it longer to max out the next town hall level due to not taking care of it earlier when you could have.
I guess my one potential exception would be not maxing out every troop or upgrade in my lab, however, even that I feel is important to finish as well, just so it's done and out of the way and every troop and spell I might want to use when I've upgraded to the next town hall level is already as strong as it can be at that point.
I max out TH before advancing. So everything. I am TH6, so I don't have heroes.

The on,y thing I count as an exception is walls and maybe lab upgrades. Walls, at higher levels, take forever to upgrade. After going to the next th, u have more capabilities and u can get more loot to grind those walls. I feel like 'maxing out' my walls is keeping all of them one level below my th level, except for th 10 and maybe 9.

Walls!!! while maxing walls I would already maxed my defense and just wait for some upgrades @lab and do some other like traps
I gave up on maxing out, the only reason I spend resources now is to empty my storage. Whatever I can afford is where the resources go. I don't farm or raid and clanless somI don't do wars. I'm down to logging on to empty collectors, spend what i can and log out. Too bad,was once a pretty good game!

Thru th 7, everything, didn't do walls or bk in th 8, and I'm considering not maxing traps as there is no ROI. 1.5m fora regular bomb to lvl 6 and it only does 42 damage? the seeking mines are a joke, they don't take out drags and lvl 1 can one shot any healer, mini, or loon
