Wall update without builder

If, like many smart people here suggested, to keep one spare builder for wall, in which case most do that, then as it is this wont affect the loot... since all these smart guys are already sucking up the loot then shud'nt it be made rule that you cant keep a builder free for more than 10 mins....else your builder will go awayyy

This is exactly why this will NOT be re-implemented... in this scenario there are players that would gem the Upgrade to free up a builder!!

Yes indeed although at some point, you would not have enough resources to keep all you workers busy.
