Townhall 7... DE

So i just started COC like 3 month ago i got to townhall 7, so i want the Barb King really bad but its hard for me to raid DE. Except the cheap way 3 lightning spells.

My current army is-
1 healer (level 1)
1 dragon (level 1)
1 balloon (level 3 making them 4 once archer done)
12 Giants (level 4)
3 wallbreakers (level 3 making them 4 once balloon done)
35 barbs (level 4)
40 archers (Going to level 4)

Try to go up in trophies, maybe upto gold 2, gold 1.. Crystal 3 if possible and next till you find a base with the DE storage/drill fairly exposed (There should be a lot of these up there) and take that DE.

Dont forget to snipe the Townhall of any base with a cornered TH cause you would need to maintain those trophies.. Use a Giant-Wiz army with some wallbreakers and barbs...

There's 2 steps, farm in Crystal 3, focus on drills.

If you're like everyone in this game you like to use BARCH and get easy collector raids, and you can simply do the same thing for getting dark.

In Crystal 3 most collector raids have a very good amount in the full drills...3 max L6 drills get you 3600 DE. Even L4 and L5 drills hold a LOT of dark. So focus on those. What will happen is you will have trouble maintaining your trophies, so if you start dropping down a bit, just snipe some town halls to get back up there. Still bring your lightning spells to zap those hard to reach L6 drills. And make sure you can which ones are full and which ones are half-full etc.

I used this method since mid-TH7 so I know it works, and works really well.

You can either stay down at Silver and raid for elixir/gold and that rare 500 DE, or you can go upto gold 1/crystal 3 and raid 1000 DE for every raid. Its all up to you to decide my friend.

There is no DE in silver. So that's your problem right there. As mentioned previously, go up. Gold II at a minimum, but better yet at gold I, Crystal III if possible.

You have to go where you see the most amount of easy DE, and that's in crystal.

You also get raided for your DE less, since most players have more DE than you so it's not worth their time to raid you for DE alone.

Like previously stated, go gi-healer raiding in Crystal or high Gold for those DE store raids. Crystal also has exposed drills that you can pick off for some quick de

I got my Barb King at TH 7 by sniping town halls.

If you have the time, hit every exposed town hall you see. Once you get up to Crystal you'll start getting a good amount of DE per win plus every now and then there will be a base with full DE drills. I've gotten around 4k DE just from drills before.
