My (pretty long list of) Ideas

    1. I have an idea about adding a donation amount that a clan must donate (like a form of taxes) to keep the clan from going bankrupt. People will see how much is donated altogether, but it will be anonymous how much each person donated individually. There will be an amount which NEEDS to be donated per person, (punishments can be set-see my third idea) but to keep the clan alive, you must donate more than the minimum per person. This idea will make sure clans are active (so many clans with AMAZING names arent ever used).
    2. Another idea is that in war, bets can be made ON PREPARATION DAY on which clan you think will win. Bets will be of any resource. People will bet toward a clan bet on winning. The spoils you get will not be from the other clans. This is because people who didnt donate will get and it will be hard to split up. You should get what you bet plus a half of your bet. (Lets say I bet 300,000 gold and I won- 300,000 + 1/2 (150,000)=450,000 - I would get 450,000 gold back).
    3. Punishments should be able to be automatically set. This will make it less annoying for leaders to kick people or reprimand them. I hate looking through all the clan war lists to see who didnt attack or scroll through clan member lists to see who isnt donating. Punishments like IF YOU MISS 3 ATTACKS IN 3 WARS, YOU WILL BE KICKED, or IF YOU DONT DONATE 100 TROOPS IN THE COUNTING PERIOD, YOU MUST DONATE AN EXTRA 50,000
TO THE CLAN "TAXES". These punishments will automatically happen to a member of the clan, but the person will get warnings for time coming up to donate or get punished.
    4. My final idea for now. All members of the clan should be able to take a vote on if the clan leader/co-leader should be changed. They will also get to vote on the new leader, and the member at the top of the votes will "win" leadership. SUMMARY OF #4 The clan can vote on making someone an elder/co-leader/leader or vice versa
    (taking (co)leadership/elder privilege away.
