The Untrapped Town Hall Movement or Free Town Hall Movement or White Flag Movement

Sometimes I trap my town hall. Sometimes I don't... I think it makes funny replays, and I play this game for my enjoyment, not the enjoyment of the person raiding my base!

I've been seing more more and trapped TH recently... Honestly, never lost any trophy because of those. It takes a few more archers, but even 4 lvl8 tesla around a TH won't stop me getting it. It usually takes me between 60 and 80 archers to take the 4 tesla and TH down.

By the way, I've been trying to trap my TH as well as I wanted to see the result. Here are my findings :

- I NEVER won any trophy trapping my TH (I've been putting my 2 lvl 7 and 2 lvl8 tesla around it). So looks like I'm not the only one not caring about those tesla around the TH. Might be because I'm farming around C1, I guess results would be different in gold leagues.

- I NEVER had any guy first trying to snipe my TH and then destroying my base because it was trapped. They simply drop more troops to take TH down and leave in the same way they they do when I don't trap my TH.

- As a side note, I often had people sniping my untrapped TH and then starting to raid my base with their barch army in order to get one or 2 storages in addition to the trophies. When trapping TH, that doesn't happen, because those guys have already been using so many troops they don't have enough to go for my storages anymore.

I am in this since I am a TH8! I had never trapped my TH as a TH8. I did it for fun at TH7 and realized that there is no profit. Now I am farming with my town hall in corner,no defense,no traps or even an empty tile from the corner of the map. It is surrounded by all decors I have : 4 flower of each kind , 2 flags , 4 torches and a weather vane. But why TH9s never touch it???? They just loot me...

Edit: I zap trappers if I can and they have 1k or more DE.

Trophies are easy to get at th9 so we don't need to snipe. We all need loot though and lots of it.

I'm not joining this movement on general principal, each to their own. However my th is in the bottom corner of my base surrounded be 4 torches and a white flag, just like it has been for months.

I'm in. I've had it like this for a while, the tombstones just made it perfect. And I will punish every single TH trapper I come across with my max AQ. I will kill her off, just to take everything you have. You have been warned trappers.

I never trapped my TH before. Just wanted the free shield, well 1k 1k shield. Hearing snipers ask for an easier target has made me decide to go for my Unbreakable achievement. I'll be putting my white flag in front of my TH, right next to a couple Teslas. Also I'll make sure the boarder is in range of my Xbows.
Until I get the achievement I'll make sure to carry little resources, I need to finish my skull walls anyway. Thanks for the idea though. Your self entitled whining attitude will be benifical. You don't dictate the rules of how I play. I do! ;-)

I sincerely hope I come accross your base in matchmaking Maybe with the gowipe I cook overnight, with teslas at th, I'll just walk right through. Not that it would have made any difference

This is why people have to stop complaining about trapping.

The more people complain about trapping, the more people will be motivated to trap.

We live in an era where trolling is the national past time. Anything people complain about will be done more, not less, frequently.

Meanwhile, the decorations are available to put around your TH if you want to motivate someone to snipe. My TH has been surrounded by decorations since I first put 2 and 2 together and stopped trying to protect my TH.

Well, I too hate trapped THs. And when I find one, I generally crush the base of the owner even when it won't profit me much loot.

At the same time, I generally have my lvl 10 TH sitting outside for an easy snipe. I don't trap it, and you won't get revenged by me if all you do is snipe me. If you snipe me and then zap me, or try to grab from my collectors with more troops, etc, then I will likely revenge you.

To support the movement, I've just bought a white flag - sitting next to my TH.

Had my TH surrounded with decoration since last week ( I know. It isn't long ) because my storages are full and my mines and pump are saving up.


Since the day I maxed my storage, there's only one guy that sniped me instead of going for my storages.
That guy saved me from TH 9s. I feel so lucky.
After the 12 hour shield goes off, a TH 10 comes in and take about 300k each of my loot T-T
