Text wise ,why is TH sniping part of Clash

Most people don't really care about building desc text. But I noticed something. The TH text emphasizes on protecting the TH and make it sound really important to protect the TH.

It's a full three-ish paragraphs about how the THs should be always protected, which then in turn protects trophies.


And so why exactly EXPOSING the TH considered normal? Once in a while, I'll see suggestions shot down (Including defense bonuses) because of "People are exposing their TH, this idea isn't fair" when exposing the TH isn't really logical in the first place.

It's like Obama waving a white flag and say "Bomb the white house and then please leave us alone!" (No offenses)

Because SuperCell made a game designed to punish defending it. Plain and simple.

Erm... Because you get a shield and can preserve loot maybe?

Depends on what the player wants.

If the player wants to protect loot and the attacker wants trophies + league bonus - he will snipe
If the players want's defensive wins and trophies he will trap the TH or keep it inside.

Comapring the bombing of White house to a mobile game - you cannot draw parallels between them. The situations are way different. White house is the symbol of a country, your TH is just a building which deters attackers, has nil loot, but causes and easy win with minimal loss of troops when exposed.

It's the same adage of minimum investments and maximum profits, that drives the players to do it.

What's not logical about that? Your Obama and White House analogy is borderline ridiculous.

Ultimately though it depends on whether SuperCell consider it a problem, as it has been happening from day dot.

If SuperCell wanted to stop it they could do the following:

Punish it
1) Put more loot in the town hall.
2) Give shorter shield for town hall only losses.

Promote proper defence
1) Reduce trap re-arm costs, as defending costs way too damn much.
2) Offer league bonuses for winning a defence.

I would love to see them take the promote proper defence avenue, actually make offence & defence interesting.

Because thats what the farmers think best. The game is not just getting more trophies but also getting more loots to upgrade youe village and defending it after. Getting a cheap shield and protecting your precious loots in exchange of a cup that are meaningless to farmer is a no brainer. Th outside is one of the best defensive strategy out there.

And there are so many flaws or illlogical things in this game that didnt suit to be compared to real life- have you read the builder threads ��.

Well, there are no designated league for every th level. And i think people will not follow/like it since some want to bully other lower level, or others are hiding from their own peers since they have rushed th. But i do like the concept that you will not see other players that are two or three levels below when finding a base to raid. Thats why i am enjoying the c2 range, rarely find a th7 even th8, always raid my th9 peers or those th10.
