Monthly donations are not a problem for me, league badge is not a problem too. I'm mature enough, only things that don't fit in your "Rules" list is that, I'm not 18, I'm 15, and My english is not fluent, but I can speak it well enough (It isn't my main language). Never cheated.
About the Band and clashcaller, they aren't a problem for me either, I'll install Band if I'll be accepted into the clan.
I'll be active, but in case when I have some work to do, I'll opt out/tell that I'm busy.
