It says;
"WAR FREQUENCY: NEVER"

You later go onto talk about your wars?

There is no error. It says, "There are no wars here. Instead, whenever members wish to participate in a war they can head over to Lost Orbit"

You may have been confused about how we look at how members handle wars when considering who to promote to elder. An elder in Fallen is an elder in Lost. We look at how people handle themselves in both clans.
