So I'm a th9 pushing to masters and I'm at 2350ish and I got up here by sniping and Barching but now there's a significant decrease in bases with exposed th or half the buildings outside so I need a new strategy. Note, I only have
lv 5 balloons and giants.
Without lvl 6 balloons, armies will either be expensive or barch. GoWiPe takes time for spells but will get two stars on most th9s up there. Mass drag will do the same but is pricey. I think I would continue to barch and "next" until you find a candidate.Originally Posted by eashwar
The troop composition that I used to get to Master at TH8 (I'd go with more barbs and archers since you are TH9) were 8 Giants (Level 4), 12 Wall Breakers (Level 4), 8 Hog Riders (Level 4), 10 Minions (Level 2) and the rest split between Barbarians and Archers (Level 5) & Level 4 Rage Spell.
1. Try to find exposed TH for easy trophies with minimal troop usage (2 level 5 archers can take out any level TH in the 3 minute time limit). Watch out for hidden teslas. If they pop up, drop the giants and hogs to absorb the attack and barch the TH. I used minions to easily snipe an exposed TH that had a mortar near by (with no air defense).
2. Search to find TH behind one wall. Again send in the least troops possible to destroy the TH. If all troops are needed the order to drop would be giants, hogs, wall breakers, barbs, archers then rage the barbs and archers to take out TH.
This method was the fastest & cheapest method to get to Masters and collect gems. The reason this worked well is because it's a fast troop build time which allowed me to string attacks back to back without letting someone attack me. The last 100 trophies to reach Masters is brutal.

You need to try th sniping it helps out a lot but you need the time and patients for it or you can't I stayed up all night and day to get to masters lol it gave me a huge migraine but if you're up for the challenge you should try it you get a awesome loot bonus and I think 100O dark elixer every attack I was up there for a week its been months since I was up there Now I'm back to gold three trying to max everything out people are terrifyed of my base xD
