Odds of setting up a war match

A group of mostly TH8s + me (TH9) left our clan of a year plus b/c we got tired of losing wars due to premmie bases. Roughly ten more members of the old clan followed. Now the old clan wants us to try to set up a fun rivalry type war. If we hit the start button at exactly the same time, what are the odds we would get matched up?

Our clan:
1 TH9 - totally maxed (including troops) halfway finished with lavas and late teens heroes.
11 TH8 - not maxed or rushed
4 TH7
1 TH6
1 TH5
1 TH4
obviously we would need to add someone else to get 20, probably a low lvl

Other clan:
4 TH10 - all rushed (including troops), 3 with dual infernos
1 TH9 - rushed
5 TH8 - most rushed
4 TH7
2 TH6
3 TH5
1 TH4

What do you think? Remotely possible?

Also it would make sense to start searching at a non sensical time like say 6:37 am rather than like 7 pm on the dot. It won't help that much since searching takes forever and keeps adding potential matches to the pool but it should help

Because the answer seem so obvious.... i'ts a bit like asking if you can win the loto, Yes you can, but it is very unlikely.

We try it in Centum occasionally.. just for a laugh, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt!

The very first war match up in Centurae was against Centuria, and recently Arena matched with Mars

so try it, what do you have to lose? Altho i agree hit the button at some obscure time might help

If you don't try it your chances are very close to 0. You could probably improve your chances if you search at a less busy time. Not sure when a less busy time would be, but it might be worth trying late evening time in the mid pacific...

If you need another account for a war, I'd be happy to help out. My mini account is an unrushed TH8 at lvl 79. My main account is a partly rushed TH10 with max defs, but only full skull walls and 20/22 heros.
