very different ones ! there is no real answer to this question
it's more about what you will use more. And also about DE, if you do not have much or if you focus on Heroes and DE troops upgrades, there is no use to upgrade dark barraks
Try both
TH10 Defenses almost Maxed (Gimme 1 month for teslas and canons and it's done !) - LEVEL 128 - BK 27>28 - AQ 20 - GG 500M+ - EE 500M+ - HH 1,8M - BAMing most of the time, Barching if i need DEOriginally Posted by xxxxxxx

They each have different benefits.
I use both in my war armies.
There's no "better" one. I'd say they're both equally good.
Ok then let me ask this question. What one would you guys buy?
I'd go for witches, mostly because of the advantage they have in summoning more troops. It's a clan castle livin' that keeps on givin'.

If I was in your position, witches. If you do not have enough gems to gem both barracks to 10 and 5, then you obviously do not have enough to upgrade either troops that much. As witches only have 2 levels, and pekka have 5, the logical option in my opinion would be witches.
Pekka if you can level it to at least level 3 though.
