Upgrading to th9! Need advice.

Hey guys i started upgrading to th9 a few days ago, as far as my th8 base goes with upgrades, everything is finished, my skulls are done also very pleased with that, the only thing i did not worry about is goblins to lvl 5 and valk, & light spell, i dont use them at all, Ill be making sure my elixir and gold will be full also my de will be 50g+ for aq, couple things im excited about, xbows, aq,lvl 7 teslas, another drill and the rest of the goodies, i have 5 builders and im seeking opinions on what to upgrade first, priority wise..

My thoughts -
Lab
Builder dedicated on drill
Builder dedicated on xbows
Army camps
Aq after that Ads ( starting from new one to getting them all maxed )
And so on ? Opinions, cheers!

With 2 Builders, do Gold upgrades:
Xbow/Xbow
With 3 builders, elixer upgrades:
Lab/Spell factory/Camps

When the lab builder finishes, throw him on Queen (and keep her going nonstop)
When Spell factory finishes, throw the builder on drills.

Camps are your Priority after Lab/Factory. More troops, more loot.
I'd do Clan Castle after Xbows, too.

I did this: One xbow, build walls, army camp, and lab. With the free builder, I slowly got my walls to lv7 and then started the second xbow. Feel free to check out my YouTube channel, Clash With Sw4g if u wanna keep up with my progress/ farming trophy range. I've been sticking around 1800 barching collector bases, it's been pretty good so far. I just hit Th9 4 days ago.

Thanks for feedback, i def will be following along those lines!

Sidenote, is it worth upgrading archers and barbs @ the start, there is not a big difference in there stat, esp the archer, cheers

Level 5 to 6 archers helps it avoid being 1 shot by Level 5 wizard tower and mortar. If you're barching, that could be a game changer if you are hitting underdeveloped TH8s.
