1. Although such mod exists, many lie about having it.

2. Name and shame isn't allowed, use the ingame report feature.

There are many threads on this issue already, SC will handle it accordingly. Name and shame or showing a picture is not welcome and rude. Use the in-game report feature if you suspect any foul play.

while i was looking for the red thingy updates for aids (i'm on android so didn't know i couldn't download it yet) i've fall on an app that is literally a "h*ck and ch*at" for clash of clans... saying how to be a legend in no time or whatever
