Wow congrats man! All Legos at level 100 is awesome! Finished my skills about a week ago at level 82. Getting my defences up now and not focusing too much in walls.

Hey man, I'm in the same boat. I hit Th9 4 days ago, and basically, the higher you go, the better. Because they bumped the league bonus, lower town halls are making their way to gold iii and ii. Once I got over 1750, I noticed a ton more collector raids. Right now, I'm chilling right around 1800 but I've heard good things about 1870ish, 1950ish, and 2200s. I'd stay away from 2200s tho because you'll get smashed every time you log off.

In my experience, 1900-2050 was the best range. Lots and lots of juicy collector raids. When I was higher in crystal, I would skip hundreds of times. Actually when I was that high, my base still rarely got smashed, just a town hall snipe.

I would suggest leaving a builder free to dump excess loot on walls. At least, that's what I did. Only time I didn't leave a builder free was when a builder was going to finish shortly.
