I think this would be cool, I like donating and helping out but sometimes I feel I'll never get to raid! So I this could solve my problem.
This idea is awesome and innovative but it reduces revenue for Supercell.
Most top players gem their troops and donate and then continue the training of their normal troops
If a clan portal is introduced, half of these gems would be lost because someone will always have something nice trained in the clan portal.

Gave up my Illuminati title by mistake. Still retaining my aura.
This is a great idea, however I would want it to be automated. So clan members who request wizards, can have access to wizards from this portal, even when you're not online.
i love this idea, but the capacity of the portal needs to be much more, not less than 100.
