I do not rush, max out all research, defense and everything out before I go to next TH. Then it's nice and doable if you use troops according to their attack preference and not just spam random units, especially at this TH level.
Do you wish to war, or only to farm? I want to start some warring, but main focus still on farming, since I'm only TH5, and not yet bored of it. Looking at the descriptions Forum Soaring would be right up my alley
