How confident are you in your ability to 3 star players your own level? I'm extremely confident. I can say that I will consistently 3 star 85% of the time or greater. I consider anything less than a 3 star a loss. 2 stars don't win wars! I've been in top war clans like KARA Heroes and Siskiyoulegends. Although, I am a returning clasher so I may be a little rusty for the first war or two. (I know this is a supplement answer and I apologize. Just figured you should know a bit of background.)
