you need to take it out slow and finish those skulls. i am pretty sure that your lab is not yet finished. once you are already in 200 mark.. you can up your th.. then do the remaining 25 during the time of the upgrade.

I'll be fully maxed on defense and walls but not troops.
My healer has never been upgraded, my gobs are 4
and my valk and golem are 1
Once I get a 2nd de drill I can upgrade those

just finished my defenses on TH9, working on my walls heroes and lab.

upgraded to TH8 with ~60 lvl8 walls and now its just a pain in the..

and The beginning oh TH9 is much easier with all lvl 8 walls
