Cost of Buying Gems

Hey guys, I have question--

14,000 gems cost $99.99...

But on sites such as <edit>, there are tons of sellers selling 14,000 gems <for less>.

After buying the gems, you give them your Apple ID and they log in, go into Clash of Clans, give you the gems, and then leave (of course, I changed the password when I bought gems from them).

Is there any logical reason why the sellers on <edit> would sell gems for less than the official amount?

This, plus they used a stolen credit card to buy the gems IN YOUR NAME, so YOU just used a stolen credit card. They got your money, and you get the blame.

These chinese scammers use stolen credit cards to purchase them gems. By the time it's caught on too, they already have your money and apple gives the money back to the cc company etc... They've been doing this for years in games like Wow etc...
