should i go th 9?

i am thinking to upgrade to th 9 soon
i have:
max cannons
max splash
max ad
max archer towers except one that is lvl 9
lvl 5 teslas....all upgrading to lvl 6
bombs and traps maxed
132 skullies and rest lvl 7

lab maxed except de troops....and wall breakers that is upgrading now............
should i start my th upgrade now?

As far as i know you're ready for th9..... If it was me i will max the walls but as for going to th10 your base are strong enough..
just farm up those 62.5k? De for lv2 aq and max up your storage

For me I'll max all of my defenses and my BK The loot at TH9 sometimes is bad not like at TH8
