This didn't really explain why. I mean it should be kinda obvious she goes forthe next closes things, as most troops do. What doesn't make sense is that she attacks a walla rather the much closer def.
Eg:
You place some giants outside the very outer wall on the base. She goes in behind them.
Giants go in for the wall, ignoring the camps/barracks/resource pumps/etc. She attacks them.
They all go down, the giants are attacking the wall or the def in the wall. The defence is still up.
AQ ignores the defence and attacks a wall slightly to the side of the defence just to open a new path deeper into the base.
Giants are dead, def is attacking her while she attacks the wall when she could have been shooting at the def as it was still in range. So the def did no get destroyed so there was no need for her to change targets when the def was the next closest target.
