Yes...I love witches, but that was nerfed quite quickly against max th10 with multi-ITs (and a dps nerf too)...same as hogs (aka death of heal spell &#128545...same as minions. My point is the golem has consistently been integral to a shot at 3-stars since its introduction to the game.

Note: I actually have seen a high lvl 3-star hog attack very recently but oh man is it risky business 😥

Archers are best by far. Cheap to train, quick to train, low housing space, attack both air and land, and attack over walls. They are the most trained and versatile troop in the game. Use them for both wars and farming and in conjunction with any army. Plus they serve as great defense in CC.
