it shows he won 84 defences and 0 (!) attacks
is it again that people lose attacks when they start attacking him?

Don't name and shame. It's against the forum rules.
He probably just had dropped a bunch of trophies. When you have a nearly maxed base you can get pushed up quite a ways without attacking.

So whats wrong with that, he has a good base and most likely break's his shield by revenge and then not attacking.
