Upgrading priorities for mid TH8

Good day!


Im a mid TH8 and I was wondering which would be beneficial for me to upgrade? My barracks to level 10, my dark barracks to level 4 or all my teslas to level 6?

Im in a clan who CWs back to back and I use mass drags..

The barracks need elixir to upgrade and the tesla needs gold so a bit of this depends on your resources. but i'd get the barracks to 10 and start learning pekka. just my opinion.

you could upgrade them all at the same time....

but with those choices, and the fact that you mainly use Mass Drags...

the most beneficial would be Teslas, upgrading barracks to 10 or Dark Barracks to 4 will not help you offensively (since you use Drags)

Teslas can help you defensively, they do take a long time to make, veeeeeeeeeeeeery looooooooooong

....teslas, that doesn't collide with the other choices, i'd do barracks one at a time, then you can still war.

I was just in your situation and i decided to push Teslas ... worth it! Those Teslas are a force to be reckoned with. I read a post on here that the Tesla is the most power defense unit a TH8 has. That’s what made me dedicate 3 builders to upgrading them. In raiding for all that gold needed you will get enough elixir for barracks upgrades. If you have a 4th builder dedicate him to barrack upgrades. But you should at least upgrade one barrack so you can level up the Pekka in the lab.
I had maxed wiz towers, cannons, and 3 mortars already but once I maxed Teslas the loot being stolen from me got cut in half And that included the time when I was banking up for L3 Pekka upgrade (got them upgrading now)

On a side note your war base will be much stronger against dragons as well!

This is an odd selection of choices.if you have multiple free builders then do them all. If you want to upgrade all 3 teslas with one builder then that's going to take a very long time.

I'd do at least one barracks and dark barracks. It's always a good idea to unlock new troops and you'll find that dragons become pretty iffy when you reach th9 and go up against established th9's and there are better and cheaper ground options for 2 stars. if you go down the list there are cheaper ways of 3 starring a th8. I've never failed to 3 star a th8 with lvl 6 loons. You can even 3 star a th8 with hogloonions without using spells if you find the right base.

I say Teslas. Pekkas are rarely used until GoWiPe GoVaPe or other variations, same with golems. Teslas will help in the long run when you loons start farming you and your level 6 teslas can ground them. Don't cripple yourself by losing a barrack until you need it. When you start hitting the wall for elixir upgrades, then do barracks, and Dark barracks, that way you can GoWiPe/WiWi in early th9. Just my opinion

do one barracks to 10 then one dark barracks to 4 so u can go wipe then just do the rest of the barracks and darks barracks
