Just got fluffy bunnied - is anything being done?

In a CW and so far at least 4 attacks on our tops have been fairly obvious ♥♥♥♥ specials. All exterior giant bombs are triggered with a single barb/wb, and they were the first attack on the base, every time. They dropped them directly on the bombs before attacking.

I've heard a lot about the in-game support being slow and a little useless, so is there a channel to go through? Is there a solution? Because to lose to guys who attack legit is one thing, but this is some massive ♥♥ to watch attack after attack where the players clearly know every trap location, and the exact position to attack from. If I provide the clan name to a mod, can they or SC check the replays to confirm and do something? More action should be taken against anyone who is proven to be using a mod, and if you saw the replays- there's pretty much zero question these guys are.

Speaking about exploits is against forum rules, youre just making it more popular if anything, by making sure everyone know what it is
There is a chance that they had a spy in your clan, and unless you can dismiss that then youre just making blind accusations.
If you do have conclusive proof, like them saying they use it or something (which i doubt you do), then you can printscreen it and send it to sc through ingame settings, which is sometimes quite quick.
A video of them blowing up your gbs isnt conclusove proof however.

The answer to this... as far as I've seen - is 'No'.

I for one have reported some of these guys in the past, go back and check them, and they are still playing.

Pathetic if you ask me. Should be an automatic and perm in game account ban.

We never accept anyone during war time, so although there is always a possibility, the odds of a spy are so miniscule as to be non-existent. We know everyone in the clan.

Why is it not allowed to bring this up? I mean, it's an issue. It's a pretty major issue in cw, actually. Why is something not being done about it? It's ridiculous to just keep pretending like it's just spies or 'they got lucky' as an excuse as to why 'it might not actually be ♥♥♥♥♥ing'.

Support is the way to go. They won't tell you what is done or not, the fight is not for public discussion.

At least 2 reasons we don't allow discussion on exploit:
1. you are spreading the word about it -> more use of exploit
2. you cannot fight exploit effectively if the exploiters know what you are doing and prepare counter attack

The forum is public, your discussion is public, you are not talking to SC, you are talking to anyone with internet access.
