I searched in this forum and I haven't seen questions / answers on this, then I ask use programs like "<edit>" (with this program you can simulate attack in war) is legitimate or not? those who use this program can be banned? my question arises from the fact that when I go into a clan the first thing ask me is to have this program.

When they ask you this can you take a screen shot and report them to Supercell in-game please. The more of these che@ters that are banned the happier I'll be.
