I find good loot at 2400+ and that's coming from a TH10!
too hard? the game isn't mean't to be easy, You have to work for your loot.
If you want good loot, you have to make the effort to get it, lessen ur expectations of getting a bunch of collector raids every x nexts. No wonder they push back inactives

OP: Define what's good loot in your opinion.
It varies from person to person.
The TH10's that are saying loot is good are telling the truth, but you who are complaining are telling the truth as well. That's a contradiction.

I've been stuggling to find loot recently - I'm TH xxxx and my trophy range is xxxx. I've always used giant healer - which I is useful to get to the core of bases cheaply - but now I'm not making enough on the elixir to pay for upgrades. I've tried going higher but I cant afford to train the heavy armies to get the loot.
I have been avidly reading the forums and, after discovering the search button, i notice that forumers have made various suggestions to improve the the loot without breaking the game. I appreciate the recent increase to the win bonus - but it is not enough.
Then either
A) i think that a previous suggestion is the way to go or
B) this is my suggestion to improve loot.

Barch is your solution. Barching th8 as a th9 will get you good loot. I'm talking about storages. with a king and queen you can 2 or 3 star th8 and get all their loot.Also you can go to masters and barch there for league bonus + whatever you can get
Edit: I'm a th9 just like you and having no loot issue. There might be some periods were loot is low but still on average it is good
