I currently lead a clan named Vaevictus. Our War Record is 25-4. We want to expand but it is hard finding great players all at once, adding them in and still continue winning. So we developed a plan to build our sister clan Vaden into a group of great players who we can then filter into our main clan so we grow in a manner conducive to our measure of success.
Eventually Vaden will be its own clan. So for those who are looking for a little less competitive environment you are welcome to stay in Vaden and fight the occasional war and do a little farming. We are looking for long term commitments, Hoppers Need Not Apply.
As a leader I have managed 4 different clans. I have personally over seen nearly 100 war wins and I know what it takes to be successful. The strategy I have developed will even beat most of those clans who are strong enough to attack straight across. I am not a dictator. My leadership philosophy revolves around teaching and the delegation of authority. I not only have co leaders, I have Generals who know how to take their assigned groups and execute decisive victories. If you are tired of playing with people who don't know the art of winning, you need look no further.
Our requirements:
1. You must be mature, 21 or older. Over 30 preferred.
2. Be able to train a minimum army size of 200 troops with troops to match your Town Hall.
3. Be able to train dragons. At TH7 you must have LVL 2. At TH 8 you must have LVL 3. No LVL Ones.
4. Team player who believes in attacking necessary enemy targets to help win clan wars before personal gain/looting.
5. 80 War Stars Minimum.
6. No Rushed Bases.
7. We take in all new recruits on a try out basis only. If you are successful at Vaden, we will send you to our sister clan Vaevictus if you choose. From there you will be evaluated during war before being offered full membership.
