I made a clan yesterday ( it's called Hellhound Pack in case you wanna join, must be active and loyal tho) and not a lot of ppl are joining. Right now I only have 3 ppl in the clan and I've been advertising like crazy on global. Ima th5 silver 2, you think that might have something to do with this? Also can I have some helpful tips on how to get loyal ppl to join?
What I do is say hey, to everyone. Ask how it is going, talk about anything. And then sneak in a recruitment message in there. Also, just ask politely to those without a clan. I noticed it is better than spamming. Also, use proper grammar or atleast not so crappy grammar that you don't sound mature to run a clan.
But again, I am a crystal th9 so that might play a factor in why it works or me. Also, know that you want to keep your members, and make them active so people join. I would set a simple donate all open requests when on in the beginnif. Also, be very active and treat all your members equally.
Basically when someone want to join your clan, they most of time will visit your village and your clan. If you are not Town Hall 9 and 10 with good defense, it is very close to impossible to have people gladly joining your clan and be loyal to your clan.
At low level clan, there are a lot of hoppers since there are too many new players and have no idea what make a good member is
To make a clan takes allot of effort and energy. You will have to go througth allot of people to find the good ones that wants to be apart of something new.
I was a close to a maxed Th5 when i made TENEBRA'S WATCH and in silver aswell today im a Th7 in crystal.
It took me days to forge a core with loyal clashers.

8 and a half tips that worked for me.
1.Make a forum thread "a recruit thread" on the forums (Dosn't have to be super fancy, just make sure it looks good enougth soo people may wanna consider it)
2. made it soo elder had to be earned througth war preformance, and it worked out well atleast 5 people have told me they love the idea
3.I figured out what i wanted to achieve with the clan and recruited people with the same ideas and feelings about the game.
4.I was very active and generouse with my troops (I'm still way to active and generouse with my troops)
5.I left my clan on "Anyone can join" but had a 600-800 Trophy requirment.
6.I Pushed to gold 3 and a handfull of people showed up.
7.I tried to get to know the people a little you know to make it hurt a little bit more if they felt like leaving me .
(Just kidding don't do this you will cry allot)
8.Boot anyone that is causing trouble dosn't matter if he/she has a leared earnend ur trust and has been promoted to Co-leader.
9. Don't throw ranks at people people lose their intrest and respect for the clan when they get promoted to fast.
I've lost more co-leaders then members.
Also if you can find a female clasher that be great aswell she only has to talk a little in global and members will start popping in.
