    Goblins in CW CC - suprisingly effective

    We just came off a clan war where the oppostion had a mix of lvl 6 gobs, archers, and couple of wiz and they were surprisingly effective agaisnt the th8-9 with weaker troops, very fast, quite strong at 42dps, i saw them destroy a lvl 10 BK
    Obviously uselsss against air, but great distraction (68HP) while archers and wiz can attack

    Thoughts?

    Always said to my clanmates gobs were great at defending, fast and high dmg plus more hp than archers

    this works well in a clan of mixed TH levels around 7-9, but for clans with mostly TH10s it loses alot of its value.

    I always like a couple in the cc with the archers and wiz to help prevent one splash attack from wiping them all out. But if your opponent is using witches for the cc kill it doesn't really matter.

    Yup. I use a couple gobs instead of archers to keep stupid archers away from my wiz. Don't want my wizqrds dying to splash because an archer right next to him doing 20 DPS is getting targetted.
