When to upgrade from th8 to th9

Hi my ign is josh and im in the clan shreks swamp. I am the leader of the clan. Our clan tag is 99ujyr9q. Plz look at my base and my troops! Im bery clise to maxing out my th but i want to know what troops i should upgrade first and if i should do my walls. Either your clan tag is wrong or you left the clan cause there are no th 8 in this clan
