cool post. I fully agree and play by a similar code. too bad the game permits being a dirtbag to your neighbor which people are all to ok with. No one here of course .

Wouldn't it be nice if there was a good will rating like in some MOBAS? Be interesting how they would intertwine a feature like that into this game...

I abide to these apart from:

"I will never take a TH snipe if someone has more than 200k/200k in storages if I cannot grab it (allows for better army comps or better players to get some loot and not rely on dead bases)."

I used to do the same, I used to tell myself "pay it forward" and hope I would get more shields from people I sniped. Alas, most of the snipes I took turned out into zaps and a shield, or full out revenges where they totally wreck my village. Plus I feel as if I help make loot more available to others by not taking huge snipes.

If I think I can get your loot, I'll make a go of it... if not, I'll take the snipe.

Or a reward is you feeling like you paid it forward, because being a "greedy selfish git" isn't the way to act in life so why project that in a videogame?

To all whom this may concern (farmers), here are the few rules I have made for myself and follow for my CoC farming journey.
Ingame name is Donut in the clan Immoral Thieves. If you recognize my name, either it is global trolling or I have taken your resources in past raids.
Some info: TH9, 375 mil gg, 575k HH, combined level 19 royals, about 50 Legos (rest skulls).

I pledge, as a CoC farmer to the following rules of raiding:

-I will always hit the 40% shield (all you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s who don't give a shield just hurt the loot issues by not allowing inactive bases to get a shield and recoup the collectors for the rest of us).
-I will never zap (I work for what I want because it makes economic sense along with feeling good about what I can grab and raid).
-I will take TH snipes of TH7s, and TH8s who do not have at least 200k/200k in storages and I cannot grab it (paying it forward, free shield for them).
-I will never take a TH snipe if someone has more than 200k/200k in storages if I cannot grab it (allows for better army comps or better players to get some loot and not rely on dead bases).
-I will never revenge a TH snipe (they gave me a free shield to help protect my resources from those crafty TH10s).
-I will never trap my TH or leave my traps in stupid positions.
-I will do research on bases and help the community develop better farming bases.
-I will report all forms of c h e a t e r s with screen shots, names, and clan names.
-I will not be a toxic clan or forum community member (I will donate as much as I request, and I will not troll on the forums).
-Whenever I quit, I will create a base that makes all my loot easy to get, and I will log on once in a week to make sure my inactive base will stay "semi" active.
-I will enjoy the challenge of trying to grab other storages by using armies that help me get it (known as using different army comps every once in awhile to learn all that Supercell has provided for us).


I might add other rules as I come up with them, otherwise I just wanted to get my rules out there in hopes others might think of it as honorable and help the game community become a better place for us farmers.
