Where is the best place for loot (do not delete this)

This is not discussing how bad the loot is it is discussing where the best place to farm loot, basically I want to know what the best place to find loot on town hall 9, mostly collector raids, as I have fluctuated between 1600 cups and 1300 and everyone has no loot, no collector raids and a whole bunch of rushed town hall 7,8,9,10s. I maxed town hall 8s elixir troops and defences besides walls which half are level 8, I have a level 10 king and I'm now town hall 9, so where would the best place to farm.

I suggest 1800_1900 and wish you luck, but I should say try using Giant+Archers or loonion... I dont suggest barching or baming
