    A Leader's responsiblity

I created my clan "Fair and Square" 7 months back with all my work mates and a few friends of friends. In a very short time we all grew to be quite strong and now most are above Lvl 75 with a handful reaching 90.

We have two co-leaders and always make sure everyone has a say in clan talks, however I would like to know what responsibilities a Clan Leader should posses? I mostly go easy with my clan mates and always ask for voting instead of stamping my authority.

I'm calling all leaders out there and asking there opinion on how they handle there clan? We may discuss on how to keep out clan members grounded and most importantly loyal to our respective clans.

    Comments as always are appreciated.

    Cheers.

Set a list of requirements / rules
Like donations , attack in cw , listen to leader&co instructions , and etc
if any of these is breaks the user will be kicked without any chances

On prep day make sure all clan war base is donated ask someone to donate like a duty rooster for who's going to donate this time
Also a well planned war use the first attack when the war starts and the 2nd attack for clean up

Ugh idk what to type my clan use to start with 3 people then next week filled with 30+ members and had to kick some noobs

Btw kick those who break the rules no matter if hes your friend or gf if he wants to request back he has to make a promise and observe him for a while

Wishy washy leaders have no place in this world. You hold the power so use it, if you want war then war, you can always give your members the option to opt out by getting kicked then invited back after war starts. If you feel a member needs to be kicked then do it. There is no time to beat around the bush as a leader. Its a tough job and not for everyone, but some are better suited for it than others.

Well My wife is in my clan, after all the fights about how I'm glued to this game I got her to play this game and she's hooked and at level 75.

I hear what you say and we follow all the rules above but sometimes it's one bad apple which spoils the whole clan and the infighting starts. I try to be diplomatic but sometimes nothing works well then the kickout button.

I understand and alot of kicking has been done but when it comes to workmates and friends you just can't do it(I kicked one and he messed up my report).

... and this is where playing with personal friends/family can sometimes not end well. If he takes the kick as literal as that, best not to play with them.

Make them understand but since your clan is already a pretty old with loyal members enforcing a rule is a no need :P

If you start kick them it would bad too even my clan is filled with a pretty big gangsters irl I still kick them then meet them in real life and tell them

This would make your clan stays in a very high standard

or just make your very own sub clan only for your workmates and family

Like all things in life you gotta figure a way around differences. Not all people will think the same and there will be disagreements/arguments. Have an open mind and work through them.
