I kid. I saw the website, that is a parody news website. Only way to ban coc in Philippines is if the national service providers blacklisted the coc servers but they'd find a way around it through proxies im sure.

the blog keeps updating it because it received far too many hits

Because of a group of parents and a facebook group name " Parents against Clash of Clans PH " and already 100k+ of them writing articles about how clash would ban COC :eek:

You don't need to know the sources to understand that the entire article is a satire.
