    That's because they don't. My guess is the OP mistook an attacker's witch's summoned skeletons with his own traps.

    1.) I also have never seen Skeletons triggering traps.

    2.) I think they are very good against pekkas near the town hall because of their slow attack frequency (2.5 seconds). They were planned as a gowipe nerf and I think they are doing their Job. They were never planned as a second clan Castle. They may not delay Dragons, minions or barch, but I have seen some failed attacks with mages because of them. They often give you the important 2-3 seconds that you Need.

    yea, and it also wrecks healer/giant. I just tthought of that strategy and immediately switched my skeletons to target air troops :P
