ok this happens when a maintainence break and archers upgrade end simultaneously . So by some weird glitch/bug
the archers go up a lvl or two .

Does army camps also affected by glitch? Color of units is green, as lvl 5, and 5 stars on second screenshot. It's strange.

Yes. That person now (and forever) has those troops. It isn't a graphical problem, the guy actually has lvl 5 archers.
