Is it cheaper to hire a butler to farm resources compared to buying it with gold?

Is it really that high there? Here in the U.S. it's only $7.25.
£6.50 is over $10.00.

We do pay a lot of tax and National insurance on anything over £10,000.

Also... yes it probably would be cheaper. That is assuming you hire someone good at raiding.

Well.. Let's do some calculations:

It takes about $35.7 US to fill both gold and elixir, so if your butler can farm 8 million of each for $35.7 then you are better off with the butler.

Based on experience, it'll take about 4 hours to do, so your butler would effectively be working at minimum wage or so.

One of our members pays his kids nanny to farm for him. That's true. He actually asked my permission to let her do it if she read all the rules, didn't donate etc. lol

1.) I think there will be enough Players that will gladly farm with your account. My Price is 5 lvl6 giants per attack. Maybe low Level Players will do it cheaper (if they have less space in the clan Castle)

2.) Dont you think it is against TOS to let other People farm for you. I think nobody will have Problem if you let a brother/friend play with your account and do some farming or do a cw fight if you dont make it home in time, but I am sure paying somebody for farming will not be allowed and so I think this thread will be closed, if you give serious answers. Also I really do not understand why you should pay to get ingame Progress. Yes boosting is fun and I also understand People who gem their Upgrades, if they are stuck, but paying all Upgrades is a bit useless. If you pay gems you at least Support the game, but paying another Person for farming helps nobody.

The minimum wage in the UK is £6.50 an hour. You can see a thread on the front page of general with someone saying how many hours a day he played per day and how long it has taken him to max walls.

As for builders, electricians and plumbers..... They are self employed in the UK... No idea what they earn

Not sure about the UK, but in the US you can hire a "seasonal" worker and pay them below minimum wage if they agree to it.

I'm pretty it's just hiring someone to farm for you vs gemming.

If you take a wage of $10 (minimum here in BC, Canada) a boosted session for 2 hours would cost you around $21 (wage+boost cost for barracks, heroes, spell factory).

With this you could buy 6,500,000 elixir or gold. So if they can earn over 3.5M resources per hour it is more efficient.

If you are somewhere labour is cheaper (Thailand minimum wage is ~$10/day I believe, some places in Africa <$0.10/hour minimum wage) it would easily be more cost efficient to hire someone to farm.
