Also assume cheapest possible butler ever because this requires 0 physical exert and negligible effort with barch. Takes 10 minutes to explain.

Ya the labor is different, ur right, but that's not how salary is determined, for a butler if u can give him a reasonable price that he'd like than sure he'll do it, and does the butler make u food as well? Lol
The minimum wage in the UK is £6.50 an hour. You can see a thread on the front page of general with someone saying how many hours a day he played per day and how long it has taken him to max walls.
As for builders, electricians and plumbers..... They are self employed in the UK... No idea what they earn

You might have to outsource it. Since it will be expensive in your country. Minimum wage in my (developing) country may be pocket change in the developed ones.
