A guy in my clan boost almost nonstop. He averages 900 raids a season. With that being said, its not too common
If I am raiding hard to do walls will get 100-120 wins a day.
On 503 wins so far, but stopped raiding Friday night. Got my walls done. DE maxed so waiting for my BK to upgrade in 16 hours time to start raiding again.

Keep watching him. If he gets to inhuman levels, you know he's a bot.
I saw a player with over 1,000 wins in my league, and the season was only in the first week. For me it is just clear proof there are bots out there. I just hope that SC has a process to identify and ban them, they are pretty obvious. Not saying your example is definitely a bot, but SC should be able to review the account and attacks to be sure. If it is genuine then fair play. I can string together maybe five wins in half an hour using BK and boosting barracks but to do it non stop is tough, costs a lot of gems, and leaves little time for anything else in life!
In an average season I will finish with between 800 and 1100 victories. I loose around 1 in 3/4 battles to prevent my trophies from getting too high. I will boost barracks once or twice in the evening and may play during the day depending on my schedule. Boosting for 2 or 4 hours in the evening whilst I watch TV is not that tricky. Getting to 800 is not that impressive and actually takes very little effort if you boost barracks.
Whilst Barching it's fun to boost and the cost of 80 gems for 4 hours entertainment feels pretty good value. Assuming I boosted all 4 barracks twice, I will gain somewhere between 14 and 18 mill total resources a day.
