As far as cups....maybe he wins some then drops some? He's a pretty much maxed 10 besides walls if I remember correctly.

When very low in cups, getting attack wins is simple. You can do about 3 a minute using just heroes to destroy townhalls.
Thats 180 wins for just an hour of playing. Then drop cups, and repeat. It looks ridiculously hard, but it just takes a LOT of dedication to constantly drop your cups. I imagine it would be very tedious.
