Thanks for applying. Each clan has a bit different war strategy but all are very organized. I know in IIV for example we use a 5 wave time war strategy and work from the bottom of the map up cleaning all as we go. Also we usually have 100% participation in war attacks as that is the expectation. Those reasons, and serious attacks are why we win!
