So that barracks and camps on main base can still be used for raiding at the same time?
Wars are expensive when higher level not just when making the army itself but also as higher levels and leaders generally donate a lot of troops to everyone else for their wars.
Being able to raid while war army is cooking means something to do while my war army is cooking and also means I can top up on elixer.
Ok...now tear my idea to shreads by pointing out all of the things I hadn't considered
Yes I agree, I'm a leader and I can use up 300-500k elixir on donations for war, and I'm sure lots of other leaders and co-leaders have the same problem. This would really help lots of people, one army camp to collect elixir and one camp for war.
