Supercell announced that they will decrease pekka hp. In reality, they increased pekka's hp to 3.4k. Fixed this PROBLEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before update, Level 2 was 3100 HP, level 3 was 3600 HP.
They are now 3000 and 3400 respectively.
Idk for sure, but if I am not mistaken, pekka lvl 3 used to have 3k hp not 3.6k hp
